This is the second one I have purchased. It provides good support for my lower back, especially when being active. I can't speak to the “copper” benefit as this is the only brace I use. I also do not use it for hot/cold therapy just because I prefer real ice and a heating pad.

I am so glad that I own this now! I use it everyday, which results in a relief from severe lower back pain. I plan to buy another one, so I can do the 15 min cold, 15 min hot for healing, not just masking the pain! However I'm thrilled that this comfortable belt Masks My Pain! 10 Stars!

I constantly have lower back problems. This was the best investment I ever made. And it wasn't even that expensive. I love the fact that I can just wear it for support, or do hot or cold pack if I need it.
