I LOVE this gate. It was very easy to set up. I love how to doesn't have a bar at the bottom because I trip over everything. The color is great and it's also easy to use. It's the best gate we've ever used for my rowdy toddler.

This gate is wonderful! So nice not to have a bottom bar across either at the top or bottom of my stairway. I was also needing a height that would work with my banister design, and this was perfect. Hubby put together but I don't think it's that difficult!

Our specific stairwell took some time to get the gate in, but if you have a well built home with studs close to the stairs will make installation easy and smooth. Not the easiest to open for 4-6 year olds, but that's what I hoped for so I'm satisfied. Beautiful color. Wood. I bought 2.

Love this gate, however it's difficult to open and close. Almost like it didn't fit to the attachments it came with, but once you get the hang of it you can do it with one hand just not very quickly. Pinches your finger if you don't grab it perfectly. Keeps kids out for sure 5 year old can't open...
