These are a great addition to salads or to top a slice of reheated pizza. I also make an olive oil and crushed anchovie topping for pasta when I don't feel like red sauce. They lasted for months and months on my counter.

I love anchovies. I use in my daily salad, add to frozen pizza, make anchovies pasta, anchovies, ,garlic, onion, oil that comes with anchovies, pasta . Very good easy you will like.

The label on the can, it stated soya oil, but in the description, it stated that the fish is packed with olive oil after the curing process. As for as the product, I am considering to try it.
