I bought this reel rod combo about 2 months ago, but moved it to a flueger trion with Berkeley 14 lb test ultra cast braided line, and boy does it cast like a beauty! With a 3/8 ounce weight on there, I casted 100+ feet with this. Also, great kayaking combo with it being light weight and durable....

I was given this rod&reel combo as a Father's day gift, I have used it on large and small mouth bass and I love the way it performs!! I used a 1/8 ounce worm set up for small mouth bass and a 1/4 ounce jig for large mouth man I was really impressed with the way I could feel the slightest bite!!

I bought this for my son when he graduated highschool. I bought it for a light crappie rod, and it has done will with that, but recently he has been wrangling Bass with it. It is smooth, and has a very even drag. The rod is ultra sensitive.
