Tastes a whole lot better than slim fast products. Trying to lose belly fat and I see results. Works best with the nutrisystem kits or meal plans. Every body type is different so results vary.

These are the best shakes all around the taste is great the nutrition is great. I love the chocolate and the vanilla. I add a banana or a few strawberries and that just makes it even better.

Excellent flavor and smoothie consistency when prepared correctly. Mix with fruit - banana, strawberry - for improved flavor.

The taste of the shake by itself probably is a little bland... suggestions: use a blender, not a shake cup; as on pack suggests, 1 tsp of cinnamon is lovely (I added pumpkin pie spice - even better) - and the couple oz that wouldn't fit into my drinking glass got added to a cup of hot back coffee...

Vanilla is sweet but not as sweet as chocolate. To me, the chocolate shake is too sweet and I can add more frozen fruit to the blender.
