Love the simplicity of this chocolate shake and it tastes great. It's advertised that it helps with belly bloat and I firmly believe with their Nutrisystem proportioned food it does just that. Less expensive here than on the Nutrisystem website.

Made myself a shake for dinner for last 10 days (instead of eating a meal). The shake filled me up I was no longer hungry. I lost 6 pounds in first 10 days. My plan is to lose 15 pounds - will stay on shake until I do - no problems!!

These shakes are very tasty and this price is great. I add a little more water, ice and sometimes Hershey's cocoa for a deeper flavor. You can also add strawberries or a little piece of banana for a great shake.

This was included in my Nutrisystem diet. It is surprising that it is good with just water added. It might taste even better with milk.. I don't use milk in this because it is not in my diet for this (I have milk in my cereal). Sometimes I add cinnamon. Directions say you can add fruit - but...

This shake mix is really delicious. I feel like I am cheating when I actually am not. It keeps me from eating things that I should not as it is very filling and satisfying. A shake a day keeps the extra pounds away.
