It was very easy to assemble and I had no problems at all. I assembled it by myself in about an hour. The flame is cozy and amount of heat released is just right. I am very happy with this product.

I ordered the one in the picture above and received one with black tile not the white and gray marble look. I called customer service and the one ordered was on back order, I could return the one...

This looks great in our livingroom. The flame is obviously not real, but that's what you get with electric. Puts out heat, looks nice.

Finally got a fireplace for my home after 20 years! The lower level of our home has always been uncomfortable for watching movies and hanging out, but this electric fireplace solved the problem. Not only is it beautiful, but it heats our nearly 500 foot room with no problem.
