Love it. HOWEVER. I ordered it in white marble and the “ marble” is all black. It was sent in two shipments a week apart and I'm just not willing to send it back. It's still beautiful. Flame is very pretty. I would recommend this product but maybe the shippers/packers could be more aware.....

I ordered the one in the picture above and received one with black tile not the white and gray marble look. I called customer service and the one ordered was on back order, I could return the one...

This looks great in our livingroom. The flame is obviously not real, but that's what you get with electric. Puts out heat, looks nice.

Finally got a fireplace for my home after 20 years! The lower level of our home has always been uncomfortable for watching movies and hanging out, but this electric fireplace solved the problem. Not only is it beautiful, but it heats our nearly 500 foot room with no problem.
