For a long time, I despaired of finding an acceptable gluten-free noodle. I was, therefore, really happy to discover shirataki noodles. This particular Garlic and Herb shirataki noodle goes very well w/ a good Italian tomato sauce (and probably w/ a lot of other things, as well).

Miracle noodles are just right. They do take a little washing off and the instructions are easy. I only rinse them 5 ish times and I use a screen strainer because they are hard to keep in the pan. Excellent product if you're on a diet. I have used it in place of Italian pasta and in soups. It takes on the flavor of whatever you add it too.

this is my first time ordering this product. You really have to follow the prep instructions in order for this to be edible. They work very well with Keto.
