I've tried melatonin pills and they've never worked for me even with 2x the dose! I've tried the adult Olly melatonin and get a slower response. Olly kids melatonin w/ chamomile added is the only natural supplement that works well and allows me to wake up without feeling groggy.

This product is WAY better than just straight melatonin, I have a kid with A.d.h.d and she has a hard time sleeping so she had been taking 5mg of melatonin (slowly raised up from 1mg) and it really didn't work for her so I tried this and it's fabulous!!

I feel like my kids have to take more then I prefer. They taste like candy which isn't a good thing either. I would rather them learn to fall asleep on their one til they are adults and can make the decision to take a sleeping aid or not. Over all not very impressed.
