Directions for assembly were very detailed and easy to follow. Doors do not fit perfectly like a higher end item might, but for the price, it is a great TV stand!

It took us 4 hours to assemble so I must warn you it's not for the weak at heart. Beautiful piece and looks like an expensive piece of furniture. It's is pretty dark so I may look like its black at times but it is a dark brown.

I have seen similar styles 2x the price. People complain about the set up, but I thought the instructions were very simple and easy to read. Very little tools needed, but it does take a couple hours.
