I purchased this product to mainly back up pictures and videos from (7) IOS devices. The initial startup was easy, but setting each and every device took a little time. You have to download and app for each device, but overall not a bad process.

I totally recommend this product. Transferring files to it can take awhile, but its on the network. If you want to transfer faster then you need a external hard drive.
