I purchased the Meta-mucil Cinnamon Spice flavored Multi Grain Wafers. They work perfectly. They also taste very good and are handy and convenient. No mixing as with the powdered product. The Walmart price was substantially below that being charged in chain drug stores. An excellent product.

Metamucil twice a day and Omega 3 fish oil pills once a day for 3 months lowered my cholesterol levels. Add vegetables to diet for more lowering. Hard to swallow but worth the effort.
