I hadn't tried barley until recently and I have come to really like it. Its almost like a middle ground between pasta and rice. I've purchased a few bags of this now.

we always use it to make a soup during fasting it is so light good texture and look after boiled for couple of hours all my extended family use it during ramadan while breaking fast or starting fast

good packaging--we haven't tried the barley yet but sure it is good

this stuff is great can't find it in any local stores and amazon this price was ridiculous so when I found it here I jumped at it. would recommend it's great
