I used this piece to flip tortillas, make omelets, and to make fajitas. The non stick feature makes it very easy to clean and to cook/remove food from it. This is a nice piece to have in your kitchen because it's easy to store since it's lightweight and slim.

I loved the 9” round Comal to make pancakes! The only thing I would have loved would be rubber handles, I had to use a small towel to hold the steel, it got hot!
