We bought 2 of these for my 16 year old twin daughters for their birthday. The price is AMAZING for Apple laptops. Even though they say refurbished, they looked brand new. No visible blemishes or scratches on either! They also came with brand new chargers. Would definitely recommend and buy again!!

There are a few dents in the top part, but you don't really notice. It didn't come with a printed user guide, but I was able to download one that came on the MacBook. I'm still getting ysed to it as I just recieved it today.

great price for this macbook. works excellent. bought refurbished - only non noticable 2 small dents but does not effect performance at all. i recommend buying refurbished to save money unless you don't need to worry about spending money. i love it and then also bought another one for my husband....
