I have had this piece of nothing since 9/15/20 Most unhappy. The charger does not work at all a heavy plug in that will not work. Now at 0% charge. JemJem is closed and has not responded to any emails. Have had too long but need to return. I didn't connect it or set up until the 25th.

Terrible the laptop was all busted up when I got it, very slow even after I updated it, and the overheating makes it to where I can't even use the laptop. I'm very dissatisfied and I have a two-year protection plan but I'm not even getting any help.

I rated this computer low because, it was published for sale with OSX el capitan and came with Mojave instead, big difference.

The OS was missing it said 500GB and I got 1TB not that I mind the storage but there is no OS present I have idea now to get it on...i have tried internet recovery and nothing is working...this is the first time I am ordering from here and this is the worst experience ever. What should I do I fee...

This came with food crumbs on it. It's beat up and it doesn't scroll.
