First off I do really like the safe. Size, security, appearance all very nice. Easy to program, change battery, etc... The only complaint I would have is the button to undo the latch sticks and at first was difficult to press down. It seems to be getting better. Overall pleased so far.

Good purchase to protect my documents. But case difficult to open.

Nice Safe but with Flaws, it's very heavy almost too heavy to move, also when you unlock it sometimes the lever doesn't open the cover you have to sort of hit the top or press down on it to release the lid, sort of a design flaw.

It took several attempts to initially open the safe. However, afterwards we were able to open it and reset the cod.
