Good speed and pickup. Battery life is adequate. Came well packaged and protected in the box. Was missing the phone mount as indicated in the manual and following back and forth emails with Swagtron managed to get them to send me one.

My only issue is motor not strong enough to handle any type of incline...other than that the scooter is great...I'm very satisfied with the speed, durability, weightlessness...if thats a word...and overall swag of the scooter.

don't come with a phone carrier speed is okay but tha app really not needed but would love it if it interact with tha scooter much more the charge is pretty cool the range is nice I can do up to 12mile
