Was great so far took it out got the speed up to 18 and I'm 240 had my frost crash at 15 miles hour Not too much damage but I love the scooter works great do you want to have been tested is how far I can go on it that'll be my final decision

Product shipped with a defect... the right handle bar is too small to screw into the scooter. Customer service is understaffed, so it's almost impossible to get assistance, and when you do, communication and follow up is terrible. Ive sent pictures of issue and am being told a new handle bar is b...
