Ok, my testing on the product was delayed due to a sudden change in temperature. However it finally did come up very lush and a lovely shade of green. I really like that it was already mixed with fertilizer and mulch. And it seems to be a very hardy grass. It had my dog walking on it at times.

Great quality product with the Penningtons quality. We had bare patches in the garden and this couldn't have been better. With the grass seed and fertilizer in one and also the mulch to keep the moisture in, within a few days with watering, the grass came through, looking strong and green.
