Received the item in the time that was stated to me on time. Product was plainly wrapped but protected. The unit was clean and free from any visible defects and couldn't be any more pleased about that. Came with all proper plug in cords and was easy to set up. DID NOT come with any instructions...

Dont waste your time or money on this deal. DVR disc door would not open. Computer wouldn't download programs. Told me they would mail me a part and I could fix it myself. Sorry, I dont have the knowlege to fix a computer myself. Returned to store.
