Technology improves with time and this player incorporates new features that support 3D and a new Sony TV. I was not expecting to have a better user interface with Netflix which is a nice change. All of the components fill well together, the picture is clearer and it is more reliable.

Great product--like it better than my old Panasonic Blue-ray. Tech support was excellent for setup with cable service and Panasonic TV. Every key on remote control works.
