I bought 2 of these. One for living room and one for bedroom and they both constantly freeze. Sony support was no help. And now the menu will not display on the one in the living room. I paid too much money for these to be worthless. I've since bought a Roku Express and very satisfied.

I bought this product just a few months ago, and it is showing the same symptoms as other models before it. Freezing up, and locking out so the player will not do anything. I have to do a hard reboot most of the time to fix the problem, then a few weeks go by and it does it again.

Bought this about 6 months ago and was upset with the way it was not working the best. Now it is slower and freezes up daily. It's been updated and still has issues. For the price I paid, it should be working so much better than it does. In my opinion, dont waste your money or time.
