I got this for my brother hoping it would help him fall asleep better . He is a vet and has problems. He really likes this tea and says it helps him. So glad I found it! Usually he drinks 2 or 3 cups he says it relaxes him.

I've bought this tea on several occasions iver the years. It's best to drink 2 cups in the evening. If you don't like the taste, let ot cool and drink quickly. It's calming without too much sedation. Recommend.
