I highly recommend this breastfeeding mamas! However, I suggest starting this product within the first two months of baby's life. It didn't help me increase milk supply after that.

If nothing else, this gets me to drink more fluids. And I'm sure it doesn't hurt. I will say if you don't like the taste I started putting the tea bags into my coffee pot when I brew coffee. Then it's less noticeable taste!
