I love this salmon because there are NO skin or bones. It's a nice piece of filet that I can put on top of a salad, mix with rice or vegetables, or even eat straight from the can.

Mix 1 block of cream cheese, half a finely chopped vidalia (sweet) onion, 1/4 cup mayo and the contents of one can of BumbleBee smoked salmon fillets..drained and crumbled. Blend well and chill..serve with bite sized tortilla chips! Yummy!!

I would like to try this packed in water. The texture and taste was good. Farm raised in Thailand. delivery was quick. Not sure of variety of oil, if olive or avocado would be great.

This salmon is so good I eat it at least once a week. It makes a beautiful spinach salad with lots of avocado, celery, black olive and a little feta. Also the oil is light and well flavored— an excellent dressing. No cooking-shelf stable-well priced- and Healthy!!!
