I made homemade bread in this pan. (I applied a little coconut oil to the pan, but it probably was not necessary). When I went to take out of the pan, it just slid out without any help from me. One of my best buys. Will buy at least another one when my budget allows.

Amazed mess of having to grease or flour pan alot less calories when making pumkin bread when done baking it just fell out of pan onto cooling tack makes you so happy you eant to dancr And yes you can buy baking pans open stock at walmart I've bought one each pay day
