I have an electric stove and this pan heats evenly as well as the easy clean up. cost is within reasonable to other square pans. I also have the 8" and 10" skillets which work just as great.

It heats evenly, and nothing sticks to it. Cleans up quickly with warm water and a sponge or paper towel. It's sturdy and well constructed. It's square shape makes for lots of room for 4 eggs, burger patties, etc.
