So far I've got a carp just under 6 lbs on this rod help up nicely with the fight of the fish my fish buddy ordered himself the rod as well very lightweight and so far durable paired it with a KastKing spinning reel with 30lb braid good set up

Bought 1, then liked it so much that I ordered 5 more in the casting and spinning variants. I have the 7 and 7'6" models in both salt and freshwater versions. I just ordered 2 more for my kids who are fishaholics. I highly suggest you buy a few and try them out. They are stellar.

I have 4 of these rods. Ive used them both inshore and offshore catching bull reds down to the more humble flounder. For the money this IS an excellent choice. I pair them with a Penn Reel in a 3000 or 4000 size. Perfect combo. They have a really light tip so you can feel a sheeper biting with th...
