I don't know why, but the white popper is faster and more durable than the red popper. I should know. I've had both and the white popper wins! Incidentally, this popper is super faster and pops every kernel except maybe 4 or 5. I will always buy cuisinart.

Pops well, like the on\off option on the machine. Quieter than my last one. Happy that it has a 3 year warranty

We like the extra capacity this popper can handle without shutting of as well as the even and efficient popping process. We also like the off and on switch and this is a better machine than the one we are now discarding.

For years people told me how great air popped popcorn was. Finally bought this Cuisinart air popper. I've been so impressed with the big fluffy kernels that come out of the machine and being able to pour the melted butter on right after popping makes it spectacular.

The machine makes popcorn really well. However, and I can't be the only one noting this, the removable base that enables the popping bowl to be inverted and used as a serving bowl doesn't stay on, which makes it useless.
