We've experimented with various popcorn makers and we find this one the best. Pops almost all kernels without burning -- accomplished by pushing the popped kernels out of the funnel into your receiving bowl. Ingenious and effective.

I replaced my air popper I purchased 20 years ago. It's very nice looking and works perfectly.

The machine makes popcorn really well. However, and I can't be the only one noting this, the removable base that enables the popping bowl to be inverted and used as a serving bowl doesn't stay on, which makes it useless.

Works as advertised. First time top was blown off, remedy was to put small weight of lid. Pops most kernels, best when consumed while hot, kernels get chewy. Still much better than old way with hot oil.
