This is a good chuck for the price. As with many items from overseas,be prepared to clean it before using. It had a lot of mill dust inside. After cleaning it worked great. The tolerance isn’t exactly precision but easily fixed with a couple of passes.

I have a old SB 16" lathe. The chucks struggle with any thing smaller that .450. I purchased this to mount in a 4 jaw for doing small work. So far the results have been great. I cannot speak to using this is a mini-lathe, but for what I needed this did the job.
