This product has worked far better than I anticipated. The bare spots in my lawn have filled in completely in less than 4 weeks. I watered twice daily for 5-10 minutes and waited to spread the seed until temperatures dropped to the 70-85 range in the fall.

I might do some LATE fall seeding for thin spots, or wait till early spring cleanup (no leaves.) I used this last spring on some bare spots and watered once or twice a day for a month and it came in nice. Its a little darker than current grass and maybe grows faster? but I am going to overseed ...
