Walmart sent me this item twice as replacements, but all of them turned out to be broken. The manufacturer and seller should both look into the quality of this product. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Four out of five of these hose reels were defective. The first one leaked at the inlet line connection, the second and third had the core of the reel separated and would not roll the hose up properly, the fourth one had a lid hinge broken.

Looks good, completely useless as a reel though. No foot hold,so you have to kneel on it to reel in the hose. The handle is so flimsy it may as well be a cooked noodle. Leaks like a screen door on a submarine too.

They sent me a clearance open package with missing hardware didn't have instructions or the manufacture, box And I got charged full price not the clearance price
