It does really well at cooling down our apartment (which is pretty big). Dont have to run it all day like the last one we had. After about an hour the whole place is cool. We used to run 2 air conditioners all day. Now we only run this one for a few hours a day

This thing cools my 650 sq ft apartment in the middle of the summer and does not run my bill up too much. Maybe 20 more in bills if i run on full blast all month. Worth it!!!

I love the powee that this ac unit has. It cools down a 10x10 room very quickly and the best part is that it has a remote. I also love that it has an auto feature and turns on and off as needed. I would definitely buy this again if I needed another one.

i picked up my merchandise and when i got home to put it 2on the window the box says 11,600btu so its not a 12,000btu what i thought i paid for..
