This smoker is the pefect size for a bachelor or small family. The electronic controls do all work for you. Just fill the hopper, set the temp, kick back and enjoy. If you want to do a larger brisket (12-14LB), you will need to just cut the flat from the point and smoke that way.

So far, I've smoked over 40 lbs of homemade venison sausages and 60 lbs of waterfowl snack sticks. This took about a week and a half, given that I have a job and had to do it in batches every night. But it's working great!
