I bought this cup when they first came out a few years ago for playing softball. After pitching a few games in a tournament, I said to my wife I'll never own another cup but this style. They are protective and very comfortable, yes you can take a hit and not go down for the count

Good to find a cup that allows enough room for the entire big package. Also solid protection gives better sense of security behind the plate.
