The design is sleek and inconspicuous. It's not expensive, so it won't last for years and years. I usually get about a 1-2 years' use out of a device. It's simple to operate and the reception is clear.

I love it it's my second one just becare plugging into electric bar with charging ports it was to high and melted my cord and mess up bluetooth so that's why I bought another one.

I really like Plantronic Bluetooth (not headsets). I was disappointed that they are no longer carried in the store. I was happy that I could order it on line. I received my order earlier than was scheduled. I paid a good price.

works great, can be as loud or low as you please, was talking to a family member on the phone with it and they could hear my husband talking from 10 feet away, pairs fast, easy to use
