Clear sounds. Fits my ear and does not hurt. I have used other plantronics equipment before in an office setting but never a Bluetooth. My daughter has one and the conversation was so clear. She has an expensive one but I tried the least expensive and wow I am well pleased.

The in ear design does not swivel to fit in the ear comfortably. Ear piece comes loose while in the ear and you have to adjust it sometimes. Other than that works good.

Sound quality and ease of use are fine. For the price, compared to the ridiculously expensive alternatives, I'm satisfied. My only complaints are that it doesn't stay snugly on the ear if you're moving around too much. I've had it fall in the sink once. Also if I pause my audiobook for too long, ...
