Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn Reverse Flow Offset Smoker

Last smoker I had was to small for my family during cookouts. This smoker I just bought has more then enough space for cookouts. I do also enjoy the reverse flow. Seems to give a better smoke flavor.

I have historically failed at smoking turkeys in my previous smoker. Through the holidays with the OKJ Long Horn Reverse Flow, I nailed every thing I cooked ranging from TriTip, chicken lollipops, ribs & turkey. Best purchase by far.

Ordered this longhorn reverse smoker because I owned a highland offset years ago but decided to go with a pellet smoker. Biggest mistake ever! Gave the highland to my son which he loves,by the way! And gave the pellet smoker away free! Just didn't give the smoke flavor that I wanted in my brisket...
