The Eat Clean Diet is by far the best "diet" book I've every purchased. It teaches healthy eating as opposed to a fad diet. I have even had my friends purchase it after my praises! I own the Eat Clean Diet book, The Eat Clean Cookbook and just purchased this Companion to make it even easier! AWES...
