This is an excellent book for anyone who is looking to improve their health. The information is so basic and makes perfect sense for a healthy way of life. The recipes are from simple ingredients and are quite tastey. I would definitely recommend this to friends and strangers alike.

I love the Eat-Clean Diet series, but this book in particular I do not prefer to the others. The beginning portion of this one seems vain compared to the others; focusing more on one's appearance than their health. Of course that doesn't keep me from making the delicious recipes.
