Worked great, the only thing that worried me was, that it didn't state that the accessory kit did not always come with an refurbished cleaner. I got lucky , it came with everything but the power hand cleaner.

this small cleaner does double duty cleaning beats the other brand one i have . i wish i had known it was all plastic, though, before i purchased it but for the price its already paid for its self. i am very pleased with my shampooer and hope it lasts a long time .
