Machine pulls cat hair out of carpet that multiple vacuuming will not touch. Easy to fill the water reservoirs and east to empty the dirty water. Wand is fantastic for upholstery. The only minor issue I have is that it is hard to clean the front roller because you have to take it apart .

Had other carpet cleaners the hand instrument worked good but the floor part for large areas didn't work so great this one works works great pulls the dirt right out of the carpet and looks good when you're done highly recommend this product works great.

I'm sure the actual product will be great. However, not once but twice, a completely different product was sent. The only thing correct was the brand.
