charging is far too sensitive. Earbuds can shift when lid is closed and discharge - countless times went to use them after being charged and left earbud is drained. Charge case needs to be more robust and secure the earbuds in place to assure charging.

Left earphone volume was so low, it rendered the earphones useless. It turns out many others have experienced a similar problem, as is apparent after searching the web for a solution.

Left earbud does not work, very disappointed. Order directly from manufacturer you expect items items to work.

Has connection issues. Also the product comparison stated they were wireless charging and they aren't.

Bought two months ago. Right bud always loses its charge way faster than the left. Cleaned both well like in the instructions and still happens. The controls are complicated and not tuned well. Couldn't find any help in the app either. Awful headphones
