charging is far too sensitive. Earbuds can shift when lid is closed and discharge - countless times went to use them after being charged and left earbud is drained. Charge case needs to be more robust and secure the earbuds in place to assure charging.

I have issues with the left earbud loosing charge in about 15 minutes of use. This happened on my very first listen and on every subsequent listen. I have tried resets and recharges. Would not recoment the reflect mini NC

Left earbud does not work, very disappointed. Order directly from manufacturer you expect items items to work.

Has connection issues. Also the product comparison stated they were wireless charging and they aren't.

I bought a pair of these last year, within 6 months one ear bud died! The replacement sets case has now stopped charging within 9 months! They also have a mesh cover on them that traps gunk and when I tried to clean them as advised by JBL the mesh came off the buds, which did eliminate the gunk c...
