Easy to assemble, diections are easy to read. I followed the seasoning instructions to a tee. I am impressed. Well done and  it works like a charm. Were doing a family thanksgiving breakfast, so, if nothings fails, except maybe my cooking abilities, then i feel this cooker is simply the greatest.
