Nice piece of equipment. Hex bar has enabled me to improve strength at age 79. Good price, good value. Delivered to my house in a few days. Have also bought some CAP weights to go with it. The neutral grip is less strain on the joints and works the muscles.

Fantastic, solid, heavy bar. Expect some scratches from delivery. If you're on the smaller side, this bar is perfect--the width will fit you and the sleeves can hold four 45 plates (barely) and it's easy to store. If you're taller or lifting heavier, go for the mega bar.
