One of the bolts was manufactured wrong, looks like it melted. It won't even lock on the right side.

They say to tighten from below and the projections on the bolts are too long and hit the toiiet when getting close to tight. if you tighten from the top it is hard to get them aligned so the seat will slip on and if you tighten enough to stop the seat from moving around the nut will pop back over...

Purchased in-store. Installation was easy enough, although one of the "easy" toggles wanted to work loose. Worst part is that one of the plastic hinges broke completely in half within 2-3 weeks of use. Not a sturdy product at all.
